Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."
Matthew 19:14
Children of all ages are always welcome in our worship gatherings. But every Sunday, we also welcome children ages 0-2nd Grade to participate in our Ridge Kids ministry!
The purpose of our Ridge Kids ministry is simple and two-fold:
To begin training children to love the Lord and to love His people (the church).
To help parents/guardians experience moments of respite and refreshment during our worship gatherings – which will help them learn, love, and live out the gospel.
Here's what to expect:
0 - 2 Year Olds
Upon checking-in at the Ridge Kids Table in our gathering hall, 0-2 year olds can immediately be dropped off in our nursery.
Little ones can snack, play, nap, and be loved on by our team of pre-screened, background-checked volunteers.
Preschoolers (3-5 Year Olds)
Upon arriving to the worship gathering, parents of pre-schoolers should check-in at the Ridge Kids Table in the gathering hall.
Pre-schoolers will participate in the first portion of our worship gathering, and afterwards will be dismissed to play, snack, and study an age-appropriate Bible lesson with our team of pre-screened, background-checked volunteers.
Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
Upon arriving to the worship gathering, parents of children in Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 2nd Grade should check-in at the Ridge Kids Table in the gathering hall.
These children will participate in the first portion of our worship gatherings, and afterwards will be dismissed to play, snack, and study an age-appropriate Bible lesson with our team of pre-screened, background-checked volunteers.
If your child is in 3rd Grade or above, we are happy to provide “listening guides” at the Ridge Kids check-in table! These resources will help your child engage with our worship gathering.
